Executive- Vendor Management


Required Education: 

Any Graduate / Post Graduate


Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Heading one of the core business channels for the region – Vendor Management - GOA.
  • Managing the process of Business development, Alliances & Channel Operations.
  • Managing & Analyzing Fleet performance, increasing the fleet size to ensure maximum contribution towards overall fleet, increasing activation of Vendors in the said region, utilization & Retention.
  • Partner Management & engagement through supply acquisition & supply marketing.
  • Vendor Management, B2B relationship management.
  • P&L management & revenue tracking through effective Demand / Supply management.
  • Business ownership, competition tracking & new product initiatives.
  • Planning, Analyzing and implementing Supply , quality & Strategic metrics to reduce burn rates to increase profitability.
  • Category management & building strategies manage category contribution towards overall fleet.
  • Partner experience initiatives & partner life-cycle management.
  • Managing and building a tie up with different category- Malls, Hospitals, Restaurants etc for Prime Privilege customer, to give superior experience to customer through this alliances by providing various offers and benefits on monthly basis for Prime customers.


  • Proficiency in English and local language.
  • Min experience is 1 Year.
  • Proficiency in Business development and Alliances.

    Customer Support Executive


    Required Education: 

    PUC/10+2 passed / Graduate


    Roles and Responsibilities: 

    • 1-5 year of experience.
    • Customer Support Executive would be answering calls related to Customer Query/Complains.
    • Support Executive is to Ensure high quality and maintain AHT.
    • Customer Support Executive should maintain CSR (Customer satisfaction rating) above 80%.
    • Should have basic knowledge of Emails.
    • Customer Support Executive would be taking up other telephonic interactions with the customers.
    • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
    • Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.



  • Fluent in Hindi, English, Kannada is must
  • Secondary Languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu.
  • Team Player
  • Able to handle pressure in case of high work load
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Practices and adheres to "Code of Conduct"
  • Complies with documented attendance/punctuality policies
