Software Engineer


Required Education: 

B.Tech./ BE - Computer, MCA, IT


Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Build Web Backend and front-end systems for the customers and vendors to use, using Laravel PHP
  • Write maintainable, modular and extensible code.
  • Mesh together the HTML+CSS views in the front-end, with the data and logic prepared and served by the back-end.
  • Work with the technical leadership on the assigned tasks.
  • Work with Sales, Product and other teams to understand the requirements and build solutions.
  • Bring in a fresh perspective on how we can devise solutions to our problems, and be a team player when it comes to it.



  • A degree in Computer Science
  • Hands-on experience with Laravel PHP
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of client-server communication.
  • Strong understanding of how servers and browsers/apps communicate with each other.
  • Knowledge of how JSON works (RFC 8259)
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS, to tie the web-logic together on the browser clients
  • Be willing to learn things, such as OAuth, REST API’s handling and creation, Stateless Operations on the Internet etc, JavaScript networking libraries such as Axios.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTTP requests such as GET, POST, PUT
  • Any project that you have done in Laravel which you can show off, is a plus.

    Customer Support Executive


    Required Education: 

    PUC/10+2 passed / Graduate


    Roles and Responsibilities: 

    • 0-2 year of experience.
    • Customer Support Executive would be answering calls related to Customer Query/Complains.
    • Support Executive is to Ensure high quality and maintain AHT.
    • Customer Support Executive should maintain CSR (Customer satisfaction rating) above 80%.
    • Should have basic knowledge of Emails.
    • Customer Support Executive would be taking up other telephonic interactions with the customers.
    • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
    • Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.



  • Fluent in Hindi, English, Kannada is must
  • Secondary Languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu.

  • Able to handle pressure in case of high work load
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
